Providing information about government and church requirements. Note: The Wedding Planner will only collect the needed documents from the couple. Preparation of the documents will be the couple’s responsibility
Assist in the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues.
Assist in the selection and booking of the officiant for the wedding.
Assist in the selection of color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.
Assist in the selection of wedding attires and accessories.
Finding, negotiating and booking of suitable vendors (e.g. florist, wedding attire provider/designers, videographer, photographer, and others ).
Help review vendors’ contracts.
Schedule appointments with vendors for clients to meeting.
Close coordination with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner and that vendors deliver what has been agreed upon.
Ongoing updates and consultation with the client about status of the wedding preparation.
Preparation of the itinerary of the Wedding Day.
Ceremony planning.
Direct church/ceremony rehearsal.
Direct the ceremony/church processional and recessional.
Assist in the queuing of the church mass / ceremony rites
Oversee and supervise all vendors making sure all items ( cake, lechon, wines, projector and widescreen, toasting glass, entertainers, emcee/host, lights and sound and others) are in place.
Whole Day Wedding Day Coordination ( from bride’s dressing up preparation until the end of the wedding reception program.
