Wedding Planning
- Unlimited Consultation ( theme, etiquette, traditions)
- Assist in preparing a budget.
- Preparation of schedule / timeline/ Calendar of Activities and checklists – making the wedding preparation easier, efficient and stress free for the couple.
- Providing information about government and church requirements. Note: The Wedding Planner will only collect the needed documents from the couple. Preparation of the documents will be the couple’s responsibility
- Assist in the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues.
- Assist in the selection and booking of the officiant for the wedding.
- Assist in the selection of color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.
- Assist in the selection of wedding attires and accessories.
- Finding, negotiating and booking of suitable vendors (e.g. florist, wedding attire provider/designers, videographer, photographer, and others ).
- Help review vendors’ contracts.
- Schedule appointments with vendors for clients to meeting.
- Close coordination with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner and that vendors deliver what has been agreed upon.
- Ongoing updates and consultation with the client about status of the wedding preparation.
- Preparation of the itinerary of the Wedding Day.
- Ceremony planning.
- Direct church/ceremony rehearsal.
- Direct the ceremony/church processional and recessional.
- Assist in the queuing of the church mass / ceremony rites
- Reception planning ( Reception Program, Timings, Seating Arrangement)
- Oversee and supervise all vendors making sure all items ( cake, lechon, wines, projector and widescreen, toasting glass, entertainers, emcee/host, lights and sound and others) are in place.
- Whole Day Wedding Day Coordination ( from bride’s dressing up preparation until the end of the wedding reception program.
